About This Property

Contractors, Investors, or anyone not afraid of some work- here is the home you are looking for! This mostly brick exterior house is in a location can't be beat. Located a few blocks from St. Lawrence College & nearby Queen's University's Richardson Stadium, this house has potential to be an option for students to rent this coming fall. Also with accessibility from the backyard, it makes it possible to set up this home with a secondary dwelling/inlaw suite, in the basement. (buyer to do their own due diligence to confirm all future plans for such, with the city) There is a second bathroom in the basement, currently not in working order. Roof is about apx. 10-12 years old. House will need some updates by the new owner (currently has oil furnace and the electrical panel is 60 amp fuses), but the new owner can make those decisions and changes upon close. House is currently 3 bedrooms upstairs, but with the right plans, there could possibly be room for 2 more in the basement. Property is being sold 'as is' ' where is'
