About This Property

This cabin in the woods was once a sugar shack built with the logs from property in 1979 . The addition of a bedroom was added on mid 90's BEWARE when inside any building or on deck as we aren't sure how safe they are. The cookstove has not been used in 20 years or so and there was hydro but the meter and hydro line was taken down approx 10 years ago; the hydro line is still there but unsure if it can be used again. The bottom log appears to be rotten on side of building with tarp covering it; building may be in disrepair. Everything on the property is as is where is and anything you see will be staying with the property. Located just 174.15 ft past where the road is plowed to in winter (1 property in)Taxes taken from Geowarehouse waiting to confirm amount. Access is on snowmobile trail/road allowance located in an area of many hunting properties further past; back in the bush. I measured the frontage on the road and marked them and the south west back corner; markers are NOT accurate for actual location but should be very close in measurement. Having a survey done would be best to find out actual property lines.
