Southern exposure gives you sun all day on the dock. Sandy/rock entry that gets deep off the end of the dock. Excellent boating and fishing on this two-lake chain and great swimming. Inukshuk Trail, a quiet private road, runs through the property. A quick drive to Minden, to the famous White Water Rapids, even Kawartha Dairy and the Rivercone - lots to do and see close by.
